My Story

As a recovery coach, I understand the challenges of substance use recovery. My personal journey in watching my loved ones struggle to find sobriety has given me a unique perspective that I use to help others. This, as well as a master's in clinical mental health counseling and over a decade of working in the field has led me to a combined approach where clinical experience meets empathy. Over the years, I have worked in jails, ran support groups, and gave support and resources through case management. I specialize in SUD and trauma as these topics are close to my heart.  I volunteer in harm reduction, with local domestic violence organizations and at local homeless shelters. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome addiction and live a fulfilling life in recovery.

I decided to start Citrine Moon Recovery in memory of my best friend, Jason, who lost his fight too soon. I provide guidance and advocacy to those who are in substance use recovery. I come from a holistic lense that will include a host of healing practices.  My services include personalized coaching, group sessions, and educational resources. I work with my clients to create a customized plan that meets their individual needs and helps them achieve their goals.
